In coope­ra­tion with SWAN Com­pany, we pro­vide public web-access point in our café. Con­nec­ting to the internet has never been easier and che­aper. If you have a wire­less device (laptop, palmtop, cel­lular), you just have to search and con­nect to Tété Café wire­less network to surf for free and wit­hout limits.

The motto of our café, placed in a recons­tructed his­toric house, is “the search for lost time” (“á la recherche du temps perdu”). To stop for a while, muse and dis­cover the dust covered and long for­gotten frag­ments of our lives: reminiscence.

The title “tété” stems from the abb­re­via­tion iden­ti­fying every moto­rized inha­bi­tant of Trnava. With the rise of elect­ronic com­mu­ni­ca­tion, the abb­re­via­tion TT has become common usage in e-mail and SMS conversations.

With the inte­rior of our café, we want to show the pride we feel about the rich his­tory of the oldest free royal city in Slo­vakia (since 1238).

We hope that our café will become a favou­rite place for you and your friends. And if there is no place left for remi­nis­cence and “the search for lost time”, we can still create a ple­a­sant atmo­sp­here for your meetings
